FIRST VISITS
If this is your first visit to The Village Browery, your first facial, or first mind/body wellness treatment please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out some simple paperwork, help yourself to water or a beverage, and use the facilities, if necessary.
OUR LATE POLICY
To serve our customers to the best of our ability and stay on time for our scheduled appointments, we have a 6 minute late policy. Please call us if you are running more than 6 minutes behind as we will do our best to fit you in but it may be required that we shorten your service or reschedule you for a different day so that we may be on time for the next client. If you are more than 6 minutes late and cannot be serviced that day, this will be treated as a late cancellation which is subject to a fee of 100 percent of your scheduled service. We understand that traffic can be unpredictable, and if you are traveling from a distance, during rush hour traffic, or coming for the first time, please give yourself plenty of drive time!
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to accommodate all our clients scheduling needs. As a courtesy to our other clients and to us, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients that cancel less than 24 hours prior to their appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who either cancel within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment time or no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. If you are feeling unwell, have had direct contact with an individual who has a contagious illness or are waiting for a covid-19 test result, please reschedule your appointment and call us at the onset of symptoms. The health of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We do understand that emergency situations arise, people get sick, etc. and we do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with compassion and understanding. We send out a courtesy reminder email and/or text prior to your appointment. Please either respond to the reminder or call us directly to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.
OUR CHILDREN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business and the relaxing nature of our services, we do not allow children to come to your appointment with you. We understand that this can be a sensitive matter - we love children too!
GRATUITIES
These are not included in the spa service fee and are always appreciated.
