If this is your first visit to The Village Browery, your first facial, or first mind/body wellness treatment please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out some simple paperwork, help yourself to water or a beverage, and use the facilities, if necessary.
OUR LATE POLICY
To serve our customers to the best of our ability and stay on time for our scheduled appointments, we have a 6 minute late policy. If you are more than 6 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in but it may be required that we shorten your service or reschedule you for different day. We understand that traffic can be unpredictable, and if you are traveling from a distance, during rush hour traffic, or coming for the first time, please give yourself plenty of drive time!
OUR CANCEL POLICY
We strive to accommodate all our clients scheduling needs. As a courtesy to our other clients and to us, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients that cancel within 24 hours or no show will be charged a 50% of the scheduled service total. If there is an emergency on the day of the appointment, please call us directly to avoid this charge, so that we can rebook the appointment. Appointments are required and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. We do send out a courtesyreminder email or text a few days prior to your appointment.
OUR CHILDREN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business and the relaxing nature of our services, we do not allow children to come to your appointment with you. We understand that this can be a sensitive matter - we love children too!
These are not included in the spa service fee and are always appreciated.
